Instructions before the measurement
- Sit so that your back and arm can be well supported:
- Rub your hands and massage your finger to warm it and increase blood flow to it.
- Avoid awkward positions of both your hand and finger that can prevent the correct flow of blood.
- Keep your smartphone at a distance of between 10-20 cm from the device to ensure a good connection.
- Make sure you have an internet connection during the measurement.
- Make sure your hands are clean and dry before taking the measurement.
Finger placement for measurement
To ensure a correct measurement, it is important to repeat the placement of your finger inside the device as much as possible. Please note the following instructions:
- We recommend using the RING finger of either hand. If you have any problems with signal detection, you can also use the index or middle finger.
- Insert your finger until it stops against the tab at the end. Make sure that the tip of your finger properly covers the bottom window of the device.
- The hand and finger should be relaxed. Do not apply pressure with your finger.
- Do not use your thumb or little finger.
- Avoid using nail polish or false nails as they may affect the measurement.
- Deformities, calluses or injuries to the fingers may interfere with the measurement detection.

During the 20 seconds of measurement you must follow the following instructions to ensure an optimal result.
- Remember to keep your hand and finger relaxed.
- Avoid moving your hand or finger. Any movement can affect the results.
- Keep your breathing calm, avoid forcing your breath or yawning.
- Avoid talking.
