How to retake measurements when GLUCUBE device connects but does not start the measurement

If the GLUCUBE device connects to the APP with the connection LED remaining in green but the measurement is not started, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • Poor internet connection
  • Poor Bluetooth connection
  • Possible signal interference due to multiple devices connected to Bluetooth
  • Lack of battery in the GLUCUBE device

To solve the problem, it is recommended to:

  • Check the internet connection
  • Check the Bluetooth connection
  • Charge the GLUCUBE device
