# The GLUCUBE device connects but does not start the measurement
## How to retake measurements when GLUCUBE device connects but does not start the measurement
If the GLUCUBE device **connects** to the APP with the connection LED remaining in green **but** the **measurement** is **not** started, it may be due to one of the following **reasons**:
- Poor internet connection
- Poor Bluetooth connection
- Possible signal interference due to multiple devices connected to Bluetooth
- Lack of battery in the GLUCUBE device
To **solve** the problem, it is recommended to:
- Check the internet connection
- Check the Bluetooth connection
- Charge the GLUCUBE device
