The device does not connect to the App


If the device does not connect to the App after prolonged use over the days, it may be due to a lack of battery.

The solution to this problem is to charge the device, it can be used again once the battery LED is blue, indicating that it has a full battery.

The device does not turn on


If the device does not turn on, you will need to charge it to be able to use it again.

Wait for the battery LED to turn blue, indicating that the battery is at full capacity

If the battery LED instead of remaining fixed it, flashes and turns off, when you connect it to charge the battery, you should contact Customer Service

The device emits a defective sound when turned on
