Users who are unable to keep their hand stable during the measurement, such as in the case of a nervous system disease that affects movement control.
Users with visual impairment.
The use of the product independently is contraindicated for users with dementia or memory loss. In such cases, a support person must perform the measurements.
Users with some type of functional, physical, or cognitive diversity that makes it difficult to perform the measurement or access the results. In such cases, a support person must perform the measurements.
