Glucose target range

When setting up your profile, you'll need to set a target glucose range. This range allows the APP to indicate whether your glucose measurements are within or outside this range.

It is advisable to establish this range between normoglycemia values, which are values considered normal depending on the time of day. It should be noted that a normal blood glucose range can vary from person to person. Thus, in general, the average values (*) of a person in normoglycemia are:

  Min, Max.
Before eating  70 mg/dL 100 mg/dL
After eating 100 mg/dL 140 mg/dL

If you suffer from any pathology or disease for which you need to control your blood glucose, contact a professional to establish these ranges.
