# Glucose target range

When setting up your profile, you'll need to set a target glucose range. This range allows the APP to indicate whether your glucose measurements are within or outside this range.

It is advisable to establish this range between **normoglycemia** values, which are values considered normal depending on the time of day. It should be noted that a normal blood glucose range can vary from person to person. Thus, in general, the **average values (\*)** of a person in normoglycemia are:

|   | Min, | Max. |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Before eating  | **70 mg/dL** | **100 mg/dL** |
| After eating | **100 mg/dL** | **140 mg/dL** |

If you suffer from any pathology or disease for which you need to control your blood glucose, contact a professional to establish these ranges.
