Steps to reset the GLUCUBE device
Recommendation: close the APP, so that the device does not try to reconnect.
To reset the GLUCUBE device:
- In the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone (where all the paired Bluetooth devices appear), delete the link with GLUCUBE device.
- Then, turn on the device.
- Once turned on, press the on/off button on the device and hold for about 15 seconds.
- After 3 seconds, you will hear a beep and the connection LED will turn off.
- While maintaining pressure, wait for approximately 10 more seconds."
- The connection LED will turn on and off and the reset will be complete when you hear 3 beeps.
Remember: you must delete the link in the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone to re-link the device.
